We have a strict quality control system in please but, we’re only human, and occasionally a faulty product may slip through. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, our satisfaction guarantee ensures that you will receive a full credit for all damaged or faulty items providing they are returned to us within 5 working days, and in their original packaging and condition.

Cancelling an order

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days or receiving our order confirmation email. If we have not yet despatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. Any goods you do not like, return unworn in its box with the invoice for a full refund (excludes shipping). We advise you to use Special delivery so your goods are insured during transit.

Returns Policy

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within five days of receipt. After this date and in all cases after fourteen days of purchase no credit will be offered.

Pierced Products

For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of individual pierced products or pierced products that are part of jewellery set, this is with the exception of items that are deemed to be faulty and are returned within 5 working days.

Credit Notes

All Credit Notes are valid for up to six months from date of issue.
