If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. Orders can be made on-line, or via the Sales Team on 07765 411478. In this case, any monies paid at the ordering stage will be fully refunded and the order will only processed once the transferred funds have reached our bank. Cancelling an order

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days or receiving our order confirmation email. If we have not yet despatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. Any goods you do not like, return unworn in its box with the invoice for a full refund (excludes shipping). We advise you to use Special delivery so your goods are insured during transit.


Returns Policy

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within five days of receipt. After this date and in all cases after fourteen days of purchase no exchange or credit will be offered.
